Roy's Postcards: 1984/06/06

We've spent a couple of days in this area and had a real good time. We've been by Kolob Canyon, fishing, Grand [Glen?] Canyon.

Postcard front:

Greetings from Kanab, Utah

Postcard back:

Scenic U.S. Highway 89 leading through the center of town. Kanab has been known as Little Hollywood. Over 30 outdoor pictures have been made in the vicinity. Founded in 1870, was at one time declared to be the most inaccessible town in the United States. Gateway to the Glen Canyon Dam.

Leonard's comments:

This is the kind of desolate landscape that really brings back memories of my childhood.
