Roy's Postcards: 1984/09/22

Leonard and I went to the Natural History Museum today -- most particularly to see the new Dinosaur Shop that we had read about. We also had to see the marine life exhibits -- where Leonard showed considerable interest in the detail displays of different marine environments. I was also able to see a few parts of the Xth Olympiad (1932) Exhibit -- The first Olympic games held in Los Angeles. We had a quite nice time.

I spotted this postcard showing the dynamic Downtown Los Angeles and the characteristic palm trees.
