Roy's Postcards: 1985/11/23
Inscription:
We went to Hanauma bay today. We saw fish there too.
Postcard front:
HANUAMA BAY
Island of Oahu
Postcard back:
Beautiful Hanauma Bay was formed thousands of years ago when the Pacific Ocean eroded one side of an ancient volcanic crater. This lovely park is only a short drive from downtown Honolulu and a favorite among visitors and residents alike.Photograph by R. Young
Leonard's comments:
I dunno if you've ever been on a trip to Hawaii, but when you come back, folks are always asking you if you saw fish in every specific place you went. I was just trying to forestall that inevitability here.
