Roy's Postcards: 1986/01/25

Inscription:

Leonard and I went on a Whale Watch today. We were at the Catalina Terminal at 8:15 am, and left on a boat at 9:00 with 496 other people from GLAZA. Shortly after leaving the breakwater, we spotted a whale and were soon following it as it regularly surfaced, blow out steam and showing its back. Later, we saw 2 swimming together, one showed its flukes on a dive, which was the greatest excitement of the day. We also saw porpoises, sea lions, and a pelican.
