AUSTRALIA LAND OF CONTRAST
This great island continent is a land of extremes and contrasts. From snow capped mountains to trackless deserts, from tropical jungles to undulating farmlands, from bustling cities to sleepy little towns — Australia is a land of infinite variety fringed by rolling surf and golden beaches.
Leonard's comments:
The front of this postcard cleverly encodes the first verse of Australia's national anthem:Our Australia, land of contrasts
Both placentals and marsupials
Folks in ski clothes and bikinis
Rocks and buildings that look like rocks
