I flew up for 1 day compliments of STC. And a great waste of time because no one here knows anything about the 6100 laser printer.

That's interesting. STC could be the Society for Technical Communication, and if they were interested in laser printers that would explain an otherwise mysterious trip to Toronto a few days later.
