"Scoop" a Texas Longhorn steer owned by Hap Magee, Wabuska, NV. Born in South Texas in 1938, then moved to Vishop, CA area where he was known as "Old Blue". Magee purchased him at auction in 1965. He now lives in complete retirement at Longhorn Arena, just West of US680 between Alamo and Danville, CA. TEXAS LONGHORNS "America's Proud Monarch of a Mountain Race".Photo: Sheryl Curtis
