The kids and I went to Arches today. It was really neat. We did not hike to Delicate Arch, but did see it from the view area.

DELICATE ARCH
ARCHES NATIONAL PARK, UTAH
This beautiful sandstone arch is poised delicately on a large sandstone mountain. This magnificent arch is considered by many to be the symbol of Arches National Park. It is reached by a 1 1/2 mile hike and is especially beautiful at sunset.

Leonard's comments:
I like the Wikipedia-like writing. "considered by many to be the symbol of Arches National Park [citation needed]"
