The San Joaquin Valley is the ''Raisin Basket'' of the world, producing over one half of the total world's supply. After two or three weeks of drying in the sun, these grapes wlil become delicious raisins.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the view outside our house looked exactly like this. My dad sent Rachel a postcard of the scenery that completely surrounded our house.
